This morning while perusing the forums I noticed lots of sellers still using their ebay descriptions which include the words "auctions", "bids" and when "bidding". I am not sure why it bothers me so but it just feels like someone is muddying up my turf. I like the fact that etsy.com is a place where you see something you like and you buy it. You don't pay crazy prices because you are in a bid war and you don't offend a craftsperson by getting something for a lot less than it is worth.
Many of these sellers have many items and would find it cumbersome to edit them but I appreciated the time one would take to sell on ETSY. I will not buy from a seller who keeps auction terms in their descriptions. I know I need to lighten up!

Well yesterday was my attempt at making a light box. I bought 2 500 watt halogen lights at walmart, cut out a cardboard box added tissue paper and took pictures. The problem was though that the part of the box I cut out for the light to shine through was at the bottom and the lights stand about 6 inches high so the light did not shine through the openings. I really wish I would plan these things out a little better. LOL. So tonight I will be rebuilding my lightbox. Gotta run. Will post again this evening.
My furnace is not working - no heat, no hot water, can't do laundry. Had to miss work to wait for repairman who didn't fix it the first time. How much will this call cost? My fingers are cold typing today. good part - I have some free time to make some crafts today. Hope you can visit my websites and check them out. I can even accept some constructive criticism. Have a great day.
